“So, what do you know?” Lask, throwing down sphotographs of the Arkan ! have managed to find and kill

She sits back in her seat, her pale platinum hair which has a Hinge of violet covers one eye as she smokes her

Her eyes grow even wider before she smirks. “You? You have a woman?” She laughs, but seeingstare at her,

she shuts up pretty fast. “Damn.. congratulations. I'm glad you got your life on track... | thought you died with

Gaultier until you showed up a year ago.”

We fall silent, and | open the first folder, refusing to talk about the past.

“So, what's she like? Anyone | know?”

“No. But she’s smart and hot.” It’s strange to talk like this, to people who think |

in comparison to those who don’t think | deserve her.
