They were not responsible for sending Leon, Cynthia, and Ruth to the central region.

"But-" Cynthia tried to say something but she got cut off by Lucian.

"No buts! Think about it, Shally. The Nortons have been on US for many months. We were forced to expand a new market in the Northern region because of them, and this car crash happened right after we finished our expansion. Don't you think it's too coincidental?" Lucian explained.

After a pause, he continued, "We don't know these people. The Nortons could've sent them. They planned this car crash to get close to US so they could try to sabotage our new market! We have to be careful!" Lucian looked at the twith alarming eyes as he spoke and purposely lowered his voice to prevent them from eavesdropping.

"That's impossible. We're the ones who crashed into them. They didn't initiate the car crash. I don't believe they're trying to get close to US or have any ill intentions. Besides, they don't look like average people and they're friendly. I don't think they're bad people," Shally replied, not buying what her cousin said.

"It's hard to say. You can't tell if a man is good or bad based on his appearance. We don't know them. We don't know if they're bad people, especially that man. He looks like a sneaky and untrustworthy person. Hearout, Shally. We have to be careful," Lucian said while feeling jealous. From his words, it sounded like he was jealous of Leon.
